I am 15 years old and am heavy into bodybuilding. I wanted to try this stuff, because of all the good reviews. I got the cookies and cream. God almighty, it tasted HORRIBLE! so sweet I could not even drink it. I tried it in water, milk, and chocolate soy milk. It was just so sweet I coulndt even drink half of it. I’m giving this product 3 stars for the benefit of the doubt,a nd I plan on buying either chocolate or strawberry instead. From what I’ve read, those seem to be very good. However, do not buy the cookies and cream flavor, unless you love INSANELY sweet things.

Great effective product with a great taste. Doesn’t clump much like other protien supplements. I have personally gained 10 lbs in less than a month. Recommended for those trying to gain weight.

I wish I would’ve paid attention to the ingredients a little bit more and noticed that this conatains that garbage of a product name “Splenda”. It’s conveniently named “Sucralose” to trick you into believing it’s natural. Besides the fact that there are studies proving its harmful effects on the body, it also leaves one the worst aftertaste I’ve tasted. I’ve studied nutrition, so I’m actually ashamed that I’ve been this easily mislead. Do yourself a favor and buy a product with Dextrose or Fructose as a primary sweetener; you’ll be thankful later with your uptake and absorption.
